As an employee of PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. the following benefits are available to you:
Medical premiums are paid in full by PLEXSYS for employees. Multiple plans are offered to fit the personal needs of employees such as a High Deductible Plan (HDHP) with an Health Savings Account (HSA), a traditional PPO plan, or a Cash Out option for those with other coverage.
Dental Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) are funded 100% by PLEXSYS for the employee and their family.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Company paid life insurance and AD&D coverage one times your annual salary. Employees are provided the opportunity to purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouse and child(ren).
Long-term disability premiums are paid in full by PLEXSYS for employees.
Wellness Programs and Onsite Fitness Center
PLEXSYS has partnered with our health insurance provider to offer access to online tools, trackers, and educational seminars. PLEXSYS also offers an onsite fitness center at our corporate office.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees not participating in the HDHP plan may contribute pre-tax dollars into a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), up to the IRS maximum in both a Healthcare FSA and a Dependent Care FSA.
Paid Time Off
Vacation is accrued based on length of service with PLEXSYS. Full-time employees accrue hours from their first day of employment. PLEXSYS also provides paid sick leave and recognizes seven paid holidays per year, three floating holidays and up to ten paid days a year for military leave.
Educational assistance is provided to encourage personal development through formal education. Employees receive reimbursement per the guidelines outlined in the policy for undergraduate programs.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
PLEXSYS has adopted a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to enable employees to share in the value and growth of the company. PLEXSYS contributes annually to this account on behalf of the employee, based on wages and length of service.
Employees are eligible to contribute to a 401(k) immediately upon their date of hire. PLEXSYS begins contributing 5% to an employees 401(k) after one year of employment. Participants are 100% vested as of their date of hire.
