Andrew “Drew” Wilson is a Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Project Manager at PLEXSYS. He is a retired Veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF) with 24 years of service.
While in the USAF, Andrew completed multiple deployments and successfully performed various roles, including Survival, Evasion, and Resistance Escape (SERE) Specialist, Air Battle Manager, J5 PACC Staff Officer, and member of an Afghan Pakistan (AFPAK) Hands Program. In addition to a dedicated military career, Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Workforce Education from the University of Southern Illinois, Carbondale, and a graduate degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
Andrew joined the PLEXSYS team in 2020 as a C2ISR Project Manager with extensive experience in instructing ground-controlled interception (GCI), Battle Staff, and Air Traffic Control (ATC). After multiple encounters with PLEXSYS products and personnel, he applied to join the company after a previous contract closed.
“PLEXSYS was my first choice… Across the board, everyone I have worked with at PLEXSYS is an expert in their field. This environment motivates everybody to perform at peak levels.”
When asked what sets PLEXSYS apart from others in the industry, Andrew replied,
“it’s the ability to maintain contact with and support the warfighter community through our products and services.”
When away from work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and working on his 1974 Jeep CJ-5.
