PLEXSYS Introduces New Customer Engagement Help Desk

CAMAS, WA (December 9, 2019) – PLEXSYS announces its new client help desk allowing greater customer service via powerful and flexible software. Fully-integrated, knowledge-based software and the PLEXSYS 24/7 self-service portal are customized to fit each PLEXSYS and ImmersaView solution.

Four main features provide the tools and support to customers worldwide:

  • Self-Service Portal – An intuitive website to contact Product Support Specialists. Customers can have their accounts and customizations to fit their needs, whether they have Global or Domestic products.
  • Messenger – Messenger allows customers to access essential help desk features from a single, intuitive interface.
  • Chat Transcript – Customers can request a copy of the Messenger transcript of their conversation with the Product Support Specialist.
  • Email – Customers can conveniently create tickets through email. Our Product Support Specialists will seamlessly and efficiently answer and manage customer support tickets. The whole email thread is captured in a ticket, including attachments, making it easy for PSS representatives to track and take action on customer requests. All responses will be personalized to valued customers.
