MEET Robert Miller
Director, PLEXSYS Australia

Robert joined the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 1983 as an Aerospace Systems Operator. In 1989, he completed a year-long Fighter Control Course. Upon completing that course, he spent five years at RAF Buchan in Northern Scotland before joining the E-3D fleet in Lincoln, England. Robert spent 15 years on the E-3D as a Weapons Controller, Weapons Director, Weapons Control Instructor, and Weapons Controller Evaluator.
While in the military, Robert participated in Operations in the former Yugoslavia Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Iraqi Freedom, and Afghanistan.
Robert joined PLEXSYS in 2016. He had worked with PLEXSYS team members before his employment while working as the Training Manager for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Wedgetail. He wanted to be part of a team that could improve the training solutions for future forces.
During his time at PLEXSYS, he has held duties as PLEXSYS Australia Representative, Business Development Manager, and currently, he is the Director of PLEXSYS Australia.
In his off time, Robert loves spending time with family and is an avid cyclist.
