In order to ensure our customers receive only the highest quality goods and services to meet their needs, and to ensure PLEXSYS and it suppliers conform with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, PLEXSYS requires its suppliers to comply with the standard terms and conditions set by PLEXSYS. In order to do business with PLEXSYS, suppliers must comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and requirements incorporated in the associated contract.
