MEET Scott Greenwood
Business Development Manager

Scott Greenwood is a Business Development Manager who joined PLEXSYS in December 2022. He is a retired Veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF) with 20 years of service.
While in the USAF, Scott served 18 years as a Weapons Director (Air Battle Manager) on the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and two years as a Sensor Operator with the MQ-1 Predator. He spent two assignments at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) and two at NATO AB Geilenkirchen before finishing his military career at Cannon AFB in New Mexico. Scot is also a graduate (controller) of the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center's Top Gun course.
Scott was introduced to PLEXSYS through his assignment at Tinker AFB as a Sim Driver operating scenarios for the AWACS training program and the Control and Reporting Centers (CRCs) using PLEXSYS' Advanced Simulation Combat Operations Trainer (ASCOT) 5.
"When I started working as a Sim Driver at Tinker, PLEXSYS had the contract, but soon after, [another company] took it over. I was excited for the opportunity to get back to PLEXSYS as I absolutely love the people and the culture at PLEXSYS."
When asked what he noticed about PLEXSYS leadership, Scott replied, "This company is truly blessed with the caliber of leaders we have in EVERY department up to the top. As a [Business Development] guy, I couldn't ask for better leaders than what we have…"
When away from work, Scott enjoys traveling to places like Iceland and Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, and hosting friends and family at his home.
