PLEXSYS SUBSIDIARY ENTERS INTO STRATEGIC SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

Oct 29, 2012 | By: Tara Marta

PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc. subsidiary, ConPLEX LLC, has entered into a strategic software distribution agreement with Touch Legal, Inc. (TLI), whereby TLI will serve as the exclusive U.S. distributor of ConPLEX’s inmate email/forms solutions designed exclusively for correctional facilities to facilitate managed communications between inmates and friends, family, facility staff and other authorized third parties. Other ConPLEX correctional solutions include a MP3 e‐commerce solution focused on providing inmate populations with secure access to MP3 compatible music and video products. TLI intends to market ConPLEX applications and services to State DOC and County Jails nationwide as well as to its 100+ correctional facility clients which currently serve an inmate population in excess of 75,000. This agreement will provide correctional professionals nation-wide innovative solutions to the fast growing requirements for inmate-facing software applications. The combination of these technologies and innovations will offer the corrections community a true “best of breed” solution to address these requirements.
