With more than two decades of leadership in Commercial and Defense transformation, including his most recent role as Client Executive Director, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) at AT&T, Noel brings a powerful combination of technical insight and transformational mindset to this essential role.
This announcement follows the recent appointment of Mark Graper as PLEXSYS President and CEO, signaling an evolution in the company’s executive team aimed at accelerating growth and deepening engagement with industry and government partners.

His experience and insight will be pivotal as PLEXSYS advances cutting-edge live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training technologies.
